Pota Pasta was founded in 2020 during the covid lockdown after i lost my job due to the pandemic. My partner suggested me to make pasta and sell it to friends, and to my surprise, the feedback was incredible.

I then decided to make it official and started to join farmers market around Melbourne.

We then moved to Wagga Wagga where i have opened my own store.

We value AUTHENTICITY,QUALITY and TRANSPARENCY. We craft most of our pasta and sauces in house to provide you with the most authentic italian experience.
